I have been practicing family law and estate planning in Arizona for over twenty years. It is highly unlikely there will be an issue related to my clients cases that I have not repeatedlly handled succesfully many times before. It is important a client has the trust and confidence of his or her attorney and I am very proud I have been able to establish that trust and confidence wtih my clients. Please feel free to call me to discuss your Arizona divorce, family law, or estate planning needs.
We practice divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, restraining orders, estate planning, wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, and living wills.

I, would gladly share my experience, as a former client of Kip Micuda. For one thing, I must admit, am not fond of lawyers, as a general rule. However, I am pleased to write this comment on Kip Micuda Esq. I needed some legal advice & support, regarding a personal matter. The law firm of Hildebrand L...

I made the right decision to hire Kip Micuda at Hildebrand Law. I interviewed several lawyers before hiring Kip. Kip and his staff are well organized. Their organization and approach to the case helped me figure out what needed to be done. Kip was very supportive and he approached the issue logically...

I was extremely thankful to have Mr. Micuda as my divorce attorney. His expertise is evident and my divorce was finalized with all I was hoping to achieve. He is not just a great attorney, but a caring and compassionate individual. Having such a great experience with Mr. Micuda and the entire law fir...

Over all he did a great job with my case, and continues to do so given that my ex continues to be a problem. She had accusations, we had facts, and we won in court. I think the best thing that he did was help control what we needed to do versus what we could do. Mine is a very, very, very bad case, w...

Kip had a minor disadvantage in my case, he was hired approx. 45 days prior to my trial date . Another member of the same firm was the primary reason why I had to make a drastic change in the final hour . This particular lawyer did nothing for my case would constantly cancel appointments with me ...
"I endorse this lawyer. Kip was opposing counsel in a post-divorce case with significant acrimony between the parties. Kip advocated for his client while remaining professional and considerate at all times. I believe Kip has both the legal knowledge and interpersonal skills required to consistently achieve good client results."
"I endorse this lawyer. He is knowledgeable, timely responds to phone calls and correspondence, and is able to effectively represent difficult clients."
"I have worked with Kip on many cases, both as opposing counsel and with him as a settlement judge. He takes a very even-handed approach to resolving matters in both roles. I certainly would recommend Kip for family law matters."
"I enjoyed coordinating with Kip on a civil case that was proceeding in tandem with a domestic relations matter. Kip was thoughtful and his insights assisted me greatly in evaluating the case. I consider valuable resource for those cases that may have domestic relations implications."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Micuda for over 20 years. He has been a former associate attorney and is a most capable and effective opposing attorney. I am familiar with his work product and it is excellent. His advice is practical and makes sense. He is capable of aggressive advocacy but always keeps in mind what is best for his Client. Mr. Micuda is a practical problem solver who believes that the best solution to a legal problem is usually the most cost effective one. I can recommend Mr. Micuda without reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer. Kip is knowledgeable and experienced in matters that involve state regulations."
"I endorse this lawyer. Kip is an excellent lawyer. I have worked with him on many cases and I was pleased to work with him and pleased with his work product"
"I have had the opportunity over the years to view Kip and his handling of divorce, family law, and estate planning cases. He is totally committed to his clients success and will work entire weekends, if that is what needs to be done to get the job done."
"I have personally seen and tried to model the standard to which Mr. Micuda holds himself in representing clients. He is more than competent at his profession and holds himself to a very high ethical standard, as well. He is meticulous and well-experienced. I fully endorse Mr. Micuda."
