Diligent, knowledge, patient

Nancy is a very diligent, patient and knowledgeable attorney. She took the time to always address our concerns with such genuine concern for not only our case, but for our personal well being. She is easy to get ahold of always returning calls and E-mails. Nancy demonstrated exceptional hard working ...traits constantly following up often to keep us informed.

Very competent and responsive attorney

I request legal opinions and contract reviews on a regular basis and Nancy is incredibly responsive and very complete with her analysis and recommendations. She offers insights I would have never thought of and does it in a very humble and professional manner. I have complete confidence in Nancy's ...legal analysis, recommendations and competency as an attorney. Nancy is a valuable asset to the City of Maricopa.

Knowledgeable, effective and a great communicator.

I had the wonderful opportunity to work with Nancy during the period 12/2013 through 8/2014. Nancy served as one of 3 City Attorneys for a local municipality in Central Arizona where I was on assignment at the time. In my role as then Interim Chief Information Officer for that municipality, I relied ...greatly on the City Attorney’s office to ensure our Information Technology (IT) related contracts with vendors provided the necessary legal protections to the City. Nancy approached such matters with great detail and thoroughness. She proved to be very knowledgeable in various areas – including IT. Moreover, she was very effective at communicating legal positions to those of us who were not lawyers. She recognized that we required absolute clarity in the legal instruments that we were to undertake with the vendor community, and as such she served us well. I was very pleased with the level of analysis and counsel offered by Nancy. Additionally, she was one of the most pleasant individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with - and I would greatly welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future.
