Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I recently worked with Mr. Zachary on a divorce case that was pretty straight-forward; yes, there was a child involved but otherwise there really weren't very many issues to fight over (no assets to divide, etc.). We were able to reach a full settlement out of court without going to a single hearing, thanks to Steven's firm taking the initiative and proposing language for a Consent Decree and Property Settlement Agreement. Once we tweaked and refined it to our satisfaction, it was good to go, without stepping foot in a courthouse door. He and his staff were always pleasant to deal with and did not play games. What a refreshing change of pace in a field of increasing confrontational and unethical family law attorneys! I definitely recommend his services and look forward to working with him again.
