Easy to talk to

I had to contact a lawyer on behalf of my employer. Which is a bit out of my comfort zone. He was patient and respectful while I outlined what was going on. I appreciate him making this a simple and easy process.

Quick, Excellent and Thorough Advice

I reached out to Rich via a website inquiry and he responded within 30 minutes and then followed up with a call, and, after 7pm. We needed some advice on whether or not we have a case against a mortgage company attempting to sue my boyfriend for a mortgage loan he never signed (a family member signe...d his name). Since the case would be in MD, Rich was unable to help us as he's only licensed to practice in AZ. Which makes it even better that he took the time to talk me through what steps we need to take, when and how with absolutely no benefit to him. I really wish we could hire Rich because if so, I'd immediately have trusted him to take care of us! I am thoroughly impressed.

Caring, Fair and Commited to Helping his Clients

We called (and hired) Rich Elley on a Monday and he resolved our unjustified tenant eviction problem by Wednesday. He is not a 9-5 attorney and works to fix the problem – not to just put in his 8 hours a day. He’s like the leading character in a movie from decades ago…he really cared about our situ...ation. Rich promptly answered emails AND his fee was very fair. It’s obvious that Rich is very well-liked by his peers and the officials he interacts with in the various Courts. Additionally, Rich helped us with a second issue unrelated to his usual line of expertise. Again, accomplished very quickly. We would not hesitate to seek his help again or to freely recommend him to others.

BEST ATTORNEY EVER!!!!!

I was in a bind to get my ex boyfriend to sell our house and give me half or just buy me out and he refused to. This went on for several years until I found Rich. Though I live out of state and never met him in person he did awesome work and made things so easy for me to understand. Even with the ...time difference is was not a problem being able to get in touch with him. Compassionate and thoughtful he really cared about what I was dealing with. Thank you so much for all your hard work on my case.
