I am an Arizona native that never wanted to be an "ambulance chaser." However, when I finished law school I found myself taking the first job available and fell in love with the practice area. I get to help real people against the bullies of the world that are trying to take advantage of my clients when they are down on their luck. If it isn't the auto insurance carrier undervaluing claims or misapplying responsibility, it's the health insurance trying to recover the clients money, or the doctors over billing. While the substantial majority of our cases settle, there are those that need to be litigated and we're not afraid to do so. The insurance companies know this and we see the results. We want to make sure you see them too. 

Our philosophy is that you should not be just another number. We keep our ratio of both staff and attorneys lower than you will see almost anywhere else. We remain accessable to you at all times. Our firm is presently two attorneys and four paralegals with two other full time staff. Despite this, every single time our phone rings it rings in the attorney's offices as well. Every after hours call, fax, text, voicemail and e-mail goes directly to my personal cell phone. You won't see us on billboards or television because our business comes from referrals from past clients, doctors and even other lawyers that trust us to handle these cases.
