Super Attorney !

Richard Elley has worked with us on several occasions and we are very please with his results. His knowledge in handing our specific situations was excellent and his response time was very good. Richard met with us in person, listened to our concerns and explained what he could do for us. He was... never more than a phone call away. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

Business Creation & Liability Claim Assistance

I retained Mr. Elley for assistance with creating a multi-member LLC and for legal help with a homeowner liability claim. With regard to the LLC Creation Mr. Elley was very helpful. We required a custom Operating and Buy-Sell Agreements and he provided an initial draft which was subsequently refine...d between my business partners and himself. The process took multiple iterations and Mr. Elley was very helpful throughout the process. Pricing was fair and appropriate. Regarding the homeowner liability issue, Mr. Elley provided straightforward advice that was in my best interest and outlined the various paths of the process. It allowed me to make an informed decision on whether to settle the claim or move forward with litigation.

A Peace of Mind

I have had many experiences with lawyers; some good, some bad. My experience with Richard Elley has been, above all, the best. He is professional and courteous. He is exceptional in being patient with my ignorance of the law and not only explains his legal perspective, but also in any number of way...s I needed to understand the odds for my desired outcome. Mr. Elley can't always change if I am legally right or legally wrong but I always have the peace of mind that he is my way of improving the odds against me.

Thank you Richard!

Richard Elley is very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I cant thank him enough. I would reccomend Richard to my friends and more importantly my family. He went above and beyond to help us and he was very persistant. I ill be using Richard if I need any legal help or advice in the... future, as I know he cares and wants to help. He is very intelligent and hard working. Thank you again Richard!
