Great Attorney
The other side was pushing for a settlement and I currently had no attorney. I called Rich up and explained the situation. He got right on it. He was easy to communicate with, had a quick grasp of the situation and gave me his input clearly. Rich is a straightforward, fair and honest attorney. ...

Harassment Suit
We hired Rich to assist us with a harassment suit filed by our neighbor for false allegations. Rich was very helpful in getting this case dropped.

Thanks Rich
I utilized Rich as my legal representation in a real estate contract dispute which ended in my favor. Rich was very professional, knowledgeable, and up front regarding the entire process. He shoots you straight and works hard on your behalf. Definitely recommend giving Rich a call for your legal need...

A Good Man
We needed a lawyer to help with a property dispute. Richard took the case, was extremely helpful, and gave us a great rate. Highly recommended.
"Richard is an extremely focused, intelligent, and dedicated lawyer. I have known him for several years and have asked him for his trusted advice on multiple occasions. I highly recommend Richard to anyone who is need of an attorney."
"Richard Elley is a thoughtful and intelligent attorney and I know that he is a hard worker. I have always been impressed by his professionalism and I would recommend consulting with him for legal services."
"Richard's business acumen is unique among attorneys in Arizona. Most attorneys know the law fairly well and some of them are personable. Richard, though, has nearly a decade of experience in the mortgage industry, he knows the law, AND he is personable. I know he will be the first person I call when I organize my business. I strongly suggest you call Richard for a consult, you will not regret it."
"Richard Elley is an excellent choice for an attorney, no matter what your legal needs, but especially when dealing in areas of business, real estate, landlord/tenant issues, and/or litigation. I've known Richard for many years now and would encourage anyone needing legal assistance in AZ to get in touch with him prior to settling for another attorney."
"I've known Richard since law school. Calm and collected with a wealth of experience before and after school, Richard is someone you can count on. He's a good man and a great professional."
"I endorse Richard Elley. Richard was a former colleague of mine and always demonstrated a great deal of professionalism, preparation, and knowledge in the task at hand."
"I have referred several individuals to Richard who were in need of legal help surrounding various legal matters touching on property. I have heard nothing but positive feedback from those individuals I have referred to him."
"I have worked with Richard for the past four years, and in that time have come to rely on him to assist me with my real estate work. He is very knowledgeable in many facets of real estate, including mortgages, title issues, undisclosed defects and liens. He is also my go-to guy for residential and commercial evictions. He is always looking for a good solution for his clients, whether that be litigation, mediation, or some other way to resolve disputes. I like that he is always focused on the best result for the client, and getting to that result as quickly and efficiently as possible."
