Outstanding Lawyer

I needed a great lawyer who would protect my rights. I contacted several law firms, and they all wanted an initial consult fee of 350 or 400 up front and who knows what you'd get after that. I contacted Elley Law and Rich Elley, the Principal in the Firm, offered me a free phone consult. After the ...free phone consult, I hired him. He did a demand letter that day. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable about the law, my rights, and the rights of the opposing party. He is fearless and gets right on the case. Rich spelled out the consequences of breaking a legally binding contract to the opposing party both in writing and on the phone. They knew exactly what would happen to them and how costly it would be if they did not fulfill their legal responsibilities under the law. The problem was resolved within a week. Elley Law is professional, they know the law and they work expeditiously for the legal remedy you desire. Their prices are very fair and the legal services you will receive are second to none.

I utilized Rich as my legal representation in a real estate contract dispute which ended in my favor. Rich was very professional, knowledgeable, and up front regarding the entire process. My CPA referred by to Rich Elley. We had a complicated family business situation that we need to get help with. He explained our options in detail and listened to our concerns. I felt very comfortable talking to him. Rich Helped us figure out the best strategies for our family business sale. I though...t the process would take long but it did not. Rich was done in a couple weeks with the contract. We are very busy and he helped accommodate to our schedule. We are so great full to have been referred to Rich. He is a very professional, excellent Lawyer. I recommend him to anyone.

Option Agreement To Purchase Real Property and Escrow Instructions

Richard is Reliable, Responsive, and REALLY knowledgable

I was referred to Richard Elley regarding some contractual issues I needed to have ironed out along with some issues regarding laws impacting me outside of Arizona.
