Real Estate Lien

I had a real estate issue with the sale of my home. It was discovered that I had a “clouded” title. An old second lien from 15 years ago was discovered upon running a title search, which had not been properly discharged. Through a long-drawn-out process Rich’s knowledge, experience, sharp thinkin...g, and ideas helped me receive a favorable court judgement to have the lien removed. Thus, satisfying all the title company requirements to issue a clear title and proceed with the sale. Rich was very honest, professional, dependable, and organized. He always was available and responsive when needed. Laid out a strategy and explained the details, outcomes and options that could arise at each step of the process. Rich takes a true interest in his clients with reasonable costs to quickly resolve the issue at hand. I’m glad I chose him, enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to my family, friends or anyone looking for legal expertise.

Patient, kind, to the point, easy to understand.

Responsive, knowledgeable and thorough

Rich worked with us to review documents pertaining to a home purchase and was able to identify something we had missed that helped us tremendously. As with most real estate transactions, time is of the essence and Rich prioritized our request and got back to us with a thorough analysis and recommenda...tions in a very short time period.
