Very Competent and Personable Attorney

I hired Mr. Elley to help defend me against a renters frivolous lawsuit. Facing a lawsuit based on false accusatioms was very unnerving, but Mr. Elley's knowledge, confidence and caring demeanor helped calm nerves. Mr. Ellen was very responsive and was always there with a clear and thorough answer.... We went to trial and Mr. Elley helped me power through the process and did a great job of highlighting the issues in the renters side of the story. I won the case and was awarded all my attorneys fees back. I highly recommend Mr. Elley!

Landlord/Tenant dispute - need HELP!

We contacted Rich at a very low part of a landlord/tenant "relationship." One of the BEST decisions we made was hiring Rich to help. He talked us through and explained the process every step of the way. He answered so many questions we had and listened when we were frustrated. As the case came to ...a close, it was clear to see, he had our best interest in mind. Also I'd like to add, his staff is outstanding!! Super helpful and kind. These folks are genuine!

A++ Satisfied Client

To start off this review, My Family lost my dad earlier in the year unexpectedly. Unfortunately, dad didn't have A Will and My mom later found out that certain documents weren't worded correctly for Real Estate Property. I did some research on the internet and inquired with 5 different Attorneys. Eve...n though it was after 6PM Richard responded to my inquiry and requested to call me that same night to give him more details on what I needed help with. Once we spoke and I gave him the situation we set up an appt. He was very caring and understanding and showed a lot of empathy that mom needed. He answered all our questions and explainex everything to us in detail. When I spoke to other Attorneys they were really pushy. Richard, didn't give me that feeling and was very genuine. His price wasn't the most expensive and wasn't the least- His Price for the services he provided Definitely fair. I would definitely recommend him for any Real Estate, issues. Bottom line here is that Rich provided his services to our 110% satisfaction! Thank you very much! You and your Office Team are Awesome! Keep up the good work!

Outstanding Lawyer

I needed a great lawyer who would protect my rights. I contacted several law firms, and they all wanted an initial consult fee of 350 or 400 up front and who knows what you'd get after that. I contacted Elley Law and Rich Elley, the Principal in the Firm, offered me a free phone consult. After the ...free phone consult, I hired him. He did a demand letter that day. Rich is incredibly knowledgeable about the law, my rights, and the rights of the opposing party. He is fearless and gets right on the case. Rich spelled out the consequences of breaking a legally binding contract to the opposing party both in writing and on the phone. They knew exactly what would happen to them and how costly it would be if they did not fulfill their legal responsibilities under the law. The problem was resolved within a week. Elley Law is professional, they know the law and they work expeditiously for the legal remedy you desire. Their prices are very fair and the legal services you will receive are second to none.
