Child support

I had recently settled my arrears in child support with the state of Texas, paying 15 years was long enough to pay, so the exwife and I agreed and settled. A couple of months later the state of Arizona sent me a letter still wanting to collect $31,000. I searched and hired Modern Law and was assigned... Kevin due to his close relationships with the Az child support. Needless to say Kevin handled everything promptly and Az closed my case without costing me anymore money, therefore, I very happy to be done with child support to the states. Especially now that my twin daughters, who live with me, are juniors at ASU. So plenty of places for my money to go. Thanks again Kevin.

Highly recommend this attorney

Where do I start. Upon meeting Kevin I was in a court battle that awarded my kids to me. After letting go my previous lawyer for faults unknown, I came across Mr. Vale here on Avvo. Who accepted my case in the middle of it. He went through all the boxes of past and present court litigation. Mr. Vale ...was able to excuse the pun, grab the horse by the reigns. I honestly didn't think I stood a chance or retaining my kids cause I work out of town a lot. As court date approached, Kevin kept telling us,"my wife included" to JUST STICK TO THE FACTS, WE HAVE THE TRUTH ON OUR SIDE. When my lawyer Kevin Vale wrote the most amazing pre-trial statement. I knew at that time he was the right lawyer for me. During our entire day of court, he was calm, cool and very collective. He knew every detail as if he was my lawyer in my previous court battle. Kevin asked all the right questions to witnesses to help my case or hurt there's. He was sipmply amazing. He knew when to add the heat or stop when enough was enough. I would highly recommend Kevin Vale to anyone who's needing a Child Support, Child Custody or Family Lawyer.

An expert in family law matters

Kevin Vale represented me in two separate child support cases recently. He was on top of his game in both cases and did everything he could to adequately represent me. I couldn't have achieved the results I wanted without his help. He was also very professional in handling both cases and knew what ap...proach to take given details involved in each case. I recommend him for anyone looking for a lawyer to solve a family law matter. He is worth every penny! A highly qualified expert in all family related matters! Thank you, Mr. Vale, for everything you have done for me!

Kevin Vale he"s straight up fantastic

three year ago i thought i was done with my support arrears and my child support after a D E S audit they discovered that they forgot to add interest to my arrears wish according to there calculations added up to $24,000 I talked to 6 other attorney s they did not take the time to listen what i h...ad to to say they basically said you owe it pay it. i finally talked to Kevin and after talking to me and looking at my paper work he said I will take the case and see what I can do for you three months latter, LOUIE i have good news the judge looked at your paper work and agreed your support has been satisfied the man did alot of work for me but most important he listened to me went to bat for me he did a great job Kevin is a great straight up attorney and i would recommend him to anybody thx Kevin!!!!
