Question answered regarding my case

Kevin Vale conferred with me about my ongoing family court case, which he has represented me on for the past year. This particular contact was for a follow up on question I had asked him. As always, Kevin provided me with the exact information I needed. His ability to "catch up" on my never ending c...ase of nine years and the thousands of pages of past documents he absorbed in a month after our first meeting was impressive to say the least. His attention to case detail and ability to recall every piece of information has been incredibly effective in court. He is extremely prompt when responding to my calls and emails, even on weekends. He always gives me a straight answer to my questions and meets every request I've made of him, since the day he began representing me. After hiring four previous attorneys over a nine year period, for the same family court case and similar issues, I can confidently say that Kevin is incredibly valuable to have as my attorney and I'm thankful he is by my side every time I'm required to enter the courtroom. He is the first attorney who was able to move my case in a positive direction, using his skill and not by accident of court process or default decisions. In a high conflict case (as my case has been categorized by the court and the fact it's been ongoing for ten years), Kevin is extremely strong and effective in court (do not let his quiet demeanor fool you during consultation). As effective as he is in court, he is equally effective out of court, especially when dealing my ex-spouse and his constant antics of non-compliance with court decisions. On a personal note, he has a very calming affect and keeps me focused, which is not an easy task, considering my case is chaotic and riddled with constant unforeseen hurdles, which in turn creates a great deal of anxiety for me. Even more than what I've mentioned, Kevin is honest (and unfortunately I have seen dishonest first hand). He has maximized the money I have paid, never overbills, and even offers extra help above and beyond what our agreement covers. Requesting a consult with Kevin will be the best decision you could make on your own case and if I could offer a money back guarantee with my opinion, I would!

Kevin Vale

I had a very sensitive and hectic family court case and Kevin Vale was my representation. He kept me very informed as things changed such as court dates, the other parties stance on issues, what was in my best interest, etc. I was never in the dark about anything going on. He was always open and ho...nest and he didn't make me hollow promises. He spoke to me like I was a person and not just a case to him.
