Kevin was great to work with and provided accurate information. Also, provide excellent guidance as to what was acceptable by court system. I would recommend Kevin to everyone that had family court issues.

Refer to anyone with a custody case

I would recommend Kevin to anyone that needs a KNOWLEDGEABLE, AWSOME ATTORNEY! Kevin knows what he's doing. I'll begin to say I didn't want to spend money for a lawyer because I had bad experience with lawyers, I felt like they ask for so much money and didn't really fight for you in court. Everytime... Kevin and I had court he was knowledgeable, ready ,on time and professional HE ROCKED IT!! I have to say he is the one I will go with for future cases ifor needed and refer him to anyone that is in need of a great attorney who is WORTH paying money for!!! You will not be led down. I got everything I wanted in another case with him and couldn't be happier!! Now I have a second case with him for another child of mine and so far so good I have no doubts for this case, my cases are not easy either he is doing an amazing job!! Modern law has DIFFINTLY picked an incredible attorney to represent people in need!!!!

Child support

I had recently settled my arrears in child support with the state of Texas, paying 15 years was long enough to pay, so the exwife and I agreed and settled. A couple of months later the state of Arizona sent me a letter still wanting to collect $31,000. I searched and hired Modern Law and was assigned... Kevin due to his close relationships with the Az child support. Needless to say Kevin handled everything promptly and Az closed my case without costing me anymore money, therefore, I very happy to be done with child support to the states. Especially now that my twin daughters, who live with me, are juniors at ASU. So plenty of places for my money to go. Thanks again Kevin.

Child Custody and OOP hearing

Kevin , has helped me to prepare for some serious hearings for child custody and OOP throughout the last 2 month . He advised me step by step what papers to file and also on how to file a response . I was successful in each of me hearings . He truly seems to care about your situation and being a vi...ctim . He is a good hearted lawyer . I recomend him highly .
