Highly recommend this attorney

Where do I start. Upon meeting Kevin I was in a court battle that awarded my kids to me. After letting go my previous lawyer for faults unknown, I came across Mr. Vale here on Avvo. Who accepted my case in the middle of it. He went through all the boxes of past and present court litigation. Mr. Vale ...was able to excuse the pun, grab the horse by the reigns. I honestly didn't think I stood a chance or retaining my kids cause I work out of town a lot. As court date approached, Kevin kept telling us,"my wife included" to JUST STICK TO THE FACTS, WE HAVE THE TRUTH ON OUR SIDE. When my lawyer Kevin Vale wrote the most amazing pre-trial statement. I knew at that time he was the right lawyer for me. During our entire day of court, he was calm, cool and very collective. He knew every detail as if he was my lawyer in my previous court battle. Kevin asked all the right questions to witnesses to help my case or hurt there's. He was sipmply amazing. He knew when to add the heat or stop when enough was enough. I would highly recommend Kevin Vale to anyone who's needing a Child Support, Child Custody or Family Lawyer.

Child Custody and OOP hearing

Kevin , has helped me to prepare for some serious hearings for child custody and OOP throughout the last 2 month . He advised me step by step what papers to file and also on how to file a response . I was successful in each of me hearings . He truly seems to care about your situation and being a vi...ctim . He is a good hearted lawyer . I recomend him highly .

Thank you Kevin!

Kevin helped me receive 50/50 shared custody for my son and I can not explain how happy my son and I are! Without Kevin I'm not sure if I would have received the custody I received with my son. I am so grateful he was referred to me and I am more then happy to refer Kevin to my family and friends tha...t are in need of his services. Kevin J. Vale .. BEST attorney you can have

Since the beginning Kevin was carrying. He knew what he was talking about and what he did. Throughout my whole case he was on top of everything and kept me informed. I did plenty of research and I must admit, he was the best one I found! Besides the fact that he was inexpensive! My case lasted a few ...months and it always stuck to my flat fee. Even though the other person tried giving us a hard time in court Kevin knew how to solve the problem. Thanks to him I have half custody of my daughter! Plus, the staff is real nice.

Kevin Vale was and still is vary helpful anytime i have any questions he is just a email away and gets back fast. im being vary honest this man helped me on getting primary custody of my daughter witch is vary hard in arizona but he knows how to work with you in any situation and is vary turthful i w...ould never work with any other lawyer again it means the world to me and my daughter she is safe because of him. :)
