Mr. Hall is a founding partner at Tait & Hall PLLC. Mr. Hall’s legal career began with the Maricopa County Attorney’s office where he served as a prosecutor for nearly four years.
As a Deputy County Prosecutor, Mr. Hall quickly earned a reputation among fellow prosecutors, defense attorneys and judges as a highly respected and effective negotiator. His polished and dynamic courtroom presentation and master negotiating skills were perfected as he effectively resolved well over a thousand adult felony cases, in addition to a wide variety of misdemeanor and juvenile cases.
Mr. Hall’s extensive courtroom and trial experience on the prosecution side of the legal system proved to be critical to his success upon entrance into private practice. His prosecution experience gave him a unique and inside perspective on prosecution policies and case strategies to strategically and fiercely advocate for each of his clients, ensuring the best possible outcome in each and every case. He has secured an impressive collection of acquittals and dismissals for his clients in courts throughout Arizona.
In addition to his focus on defending the accused, Mr. Hall practices in real estate litigation and transactions. During his undergraduate studies in business management he was employed full time in the real estate and financial services sector. He successfully obtained several licenses related to his employment, including his Real Estate Sales license, his Series 7 and 63 stockbroker and securities licenses, and a Certified Mutual Fund Counselor Designation. During law school Mr. Hall clerked for a Securities Litigation law firm and actively participated in numerous securities arbitration proceedings before the NASD and NYSE arbitration boards. Mr. Hall is currently an associate broker and carries an active Arizona Real Estate Broker license.
