Clients need to keep costs manageable, so I make recommendations based on each client’s needs, goals and circumstances. Most services available at reasonable flat fees: deed preparation ($85-$95), residential contract or lease review ($195-$295) depending on # of pages, commercial contract or lease review ($550-$850) depending on # of pages, real estate purchase and sale preparation ($695), residential contract for deed/land contract/agreement for sale preparation ($695), LLC formation with operating agreement ($350), demand letter ($195-$295) depending on length/complexity. Prices effective through September 30, 2018. Other services possible upon request.

Real Estate
Buying or selling involves a considerable sum of money and often accompanies major life change and I do what I can to make the process as smooth as possible. I can provide assistance to sell a property for a reasonable fee that is much cheaper than many alternatives. Seller financing using various instruments is another service I am able to provide. I have extensive experience helping owners complete short sales when there is more debt on the property than the current market value. I also work as a real estate broker, so I am experienced with the process from marketing to buying and selling real estate.
