I called this law firm a few years ago for info on a BK. I spoke with Stuart he was professional,informative,and down to earth. I did'nt use their services then but I called them 3 years later and he remembered who I was. I then use their firm for my BK. Stuart walked me thru the process and put my m...ind at ease. this firm does a great job from the lawyers to the parralegals they inform you retun calls and emails very promptly. I will recomend them highly.

I have met a few attorneys in my time, but none as professional and straight forward, matter a fact as Stuart Swanson! He is extremely aware of his field and provides you a very well thought out plan. I didn't realize just how good he was until the day I had to appear in court and I watched other ...attorneys function. Stuart had me totally prepared and ready for the session and things went 100% to his plan. I have recommended Stuart several times already and would suggest to anyone before you consider another Bankruptcy attorney, at the very least talk to Stuart. There is a difference between attorneys and how they treat you.... don't make a mistake by using someone less than this firm.

I was referred to Stuart Swanson by a friend back in June of 2005 for my bankruptcy and it was a smooth sailing for me. I've been using him since then. In 2007 I used him for my divorce. I remember expressing my worries on how I did not want my divorce to drag. He advised me on a couple of issues... to ensure a smooth divorce and sure enough it went smoother than I expected. My ex-husband did not show up to court and I was granted my divorce. During my marriage I felt into a big debt and I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy again 8 years later. IN FACT just yesterday he sent me my discharge papers!! I He's has a great sense of humor and a really cool layer to work with. I have to say he knows his stuff and most importantly he works with you to make things happen. I can't say that about to many lawyers. I have referred him to many of my friends and they've referred him as well. Having a great lawyer is like having a great dentist lool. It's hard to find a lawyer you can trust and really depend on. I'm just happy I've found someone I can rely on when I need some great legal advice and representation. Dealing with legal issues and courts can take a toll on you so you have to make sure you're in good hands. Even their paralegal staff is great. I definitely would recommend Stuart Swanson for all your legal matters.

Choosing a good, honest bankruptcy lawyer is as hard as finding a reliable mechanic you can trust: unless you're actually one yourself, you just have to rely on other's opinions and recommendations. Everybody we dealt with at Cutler & Associates was incredible! Stewart met with us and gave us some ...advice that completely changed the way we looked at the process and saved us years of being stuck in *credit hell*. He also was able to give us the perspective we needed to look at the process in a rational manner and help erase the emotional trauma we were going through. Anna was great with the communications and paperwork and keeping us updated through the process. David was with us for court and he made things as smooth as we could hope for.
