I was referred to Stuart Swanson by a friend back in June of 2005 for my bankruptcy and it was a smooth sailing for me. I've been using him since then. In 2007 I used him for my divorce. I remember expressing my worries on how I did not want my divorce to drag. He advised me on a couple of issues... to ensure a smooth divorce and sure enough it went smoother than I expected. My ex-husband did not show up to court and I was granted my divorce. During my marriage I felt into a big debt and I had no choice but to file for bankruptcy again 8 years later. IN FACT just yesterday he sent me my discharge papers!! I He's has a great sense of humor and a really cool layer to work with. I have to say he knows his stuff and most importantly he works with you to make things happen. I can't say that about to many lawyers. I have referred him to many of my friends and they've referred him as well. Having a great lawyer is like having a great dentist lool. It's hard to find a lawyer you can trust and really depend on. I'm just happy I've found someone I can rely on when I need some great legal advice and representation. Dealing with legal issues and courts can take a toll on you so you have to make sure you're in good hands. Even their paralegal staff is great. I definitely would recommend Stuart Swanson for all your legal matters.
