Mr Cutler and Mr Swanson are fantastic attorneys! I had the pleasure of working directly with Mr Swanson in our Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. After discussing the case with a few lawyers in the area, I found Mr Swanson to be most intelligent, thoughtful, wanting to listen to our concerns and prompt wi...th responses to questions. We hired Cutler & Associates back in Jan 2012. We had our meeting with Stuar Swanson and that's the day our life's took a turn for the better. We lost our jobs, our homes and our cars but Stuart explained that we can get back on our feet with a fresh start. The process for chapter 7 was scary at fir...st you, hear that once you file that's it you will never have good credit or get a home. I am here to tell you that's not true we file B/K and are moving into a house 2 year later and secured a car loan with in 6 months. Our credit history was great before we filed BK and it has been even now. Our experience with finance companies is they are judge-mental. I can tell you pay your debits on time every time after BK or you will have a hard time getting financed. We owe this to the great work from Stuart Swanson and how he explain what we needed to do. I have met a few attorneys in my time, but none as professional and straight forward, matter a fact as Stuart Swanson! He is extremely aware of his field and provides you a very well thought out plan. I didn't realize just how good he was until the day I had to appear in court and I watched other ...attorneys function. Stuart had me totally prepared and ready for the session and things went 100% to his plan. I have recommended Stuart several times already and would suggest to anyone before you consider another Bankruptcy attorney, at the very least talk to Stuart. There is a difference between attorneys and how they treat you.... don't make a mistake by using someone less than this firm.
