I called this law firm a few years ago for info on a BK. I spoke with Stuart he was professional,informative,and down to earth. I did'nt use their services then but I called them 3 years later and he remembered who I was. I then use their firm for my BK. Stuart walked me thru the process and put my m...ind at ease. this firm does a great job from the lawyers to the parralegals they inform you retun calls and emails very promptly. I will recomend them highly.

We hired Cutler & Associates back in Jan 2012. We had our meeting with Stuar Swanson and that's the day our life's took a turn for the better. We lost our jobs, our homes and our cars but Stuart explained that we can get back on our feet with a fresh start. The process for chapter 7 was scary at fir...st you, hear that once you file that's it you will never have good credit or get a home. I am here to tell you that's not true we file B/K and are moving into a house 2 year later and secured a car loan with in 6 months. Our credit history was great before we filed BK and it has been even now. Our experience with finance companies is they are judge-mental. I can tell you pay your debits on time every time after BK or you will have a hard time getting financed. We owe this to the great work from Stuart Swanson and how he explain what we needed to do. Great advice great lawyer, Hire the firm Cutler and Associates you will be glad you did.

Stuart was great. I met with him and he answered all my questions and didn't rush me like a few other lawyers I had talked to so I put a deposit down that day. It took about a year until I finally had all the money together and taxes caught up etc. that I needed to file and he was patient and still a...nswered my many questions and concerns in a timely manner along the way that whole year until I officially filed. Ana and David were also great as well, I highly recommend them.

Choosing a good, honest bankruptcy lawyer is as hard as finding a reliable mechanic you can trust: unless you're actually one yourself, you just have to rely on other's opinions and recommendations. Everybody we dealt with at Cutler & Associates was incredible! Stewart met with us and gave us some ...advice that completely changed the way we looked at the process and saved us years of being stuck in *credit hell*. He also was able to give us the perspective we needed to look at the process in a rational manner and help erase the emotional trauma we were going through. Anna was great with the communications and paperwork and keeping us updated through the process. David was with us for court and he made things as smooth as we could hope for.
