I had a stroke 4 1/2 yrs ago and did not have insurance. I could not work for months, and when I finally could, I worked part time, and went further into credit card debt. For the next three years I tried my best to catch up, not only on my $60,000+ hospital stay, but all of my doctors bills, not to ...mention my credit cards, which I lived off of. From the beginning, everything was explained in simple terms which anyone can relate to, and I felt at ease knowing that I had someone on my side that would do all he could to help me. I contacted them for some help and possible retention for litigation on an issue I was having with a car that I recently purchased. I was contacted by Stuart Swanson. He was great. He offered me several options which included retaining him and his firm for services and just his basic advise. Turns ou...t when you lawyer up dealerships become extremely responsive. He advised me on how to word my email and literally in minutes I had a phone call from the dealership to take care of my issues. I filed bankruptcy in 2014. Stuart was the absolute best! He was always there to answer all my questions and concerns. David was great as well. They treat you like family. I recommended them to my Uncle as well. Stuart really went above and beyond to meet with him at his house since he doesn't drive....
