I filed bankruptcy back in 2010.. I was very reluctant to do so. Thinking it was a bad thing to do, and being to prideful. I had to file due to a loss of a job and over extending myself. After I filed it took just a short while for me to start getting credit cards, pre approval car loans, etc.etc. I... took out a very low car loan to get me started on rebuilding my credit. Since bankruptcy I feel that I am farther in life and I have more stability. Just under 5 years later I have already paid off my second car loan and I am less then 10 years away from paying off my home (that I bought 2 yrs after bankruptcy). My credit score is better then before bankruptcy. I am proof that bankruptcy is there to help. I would like to thank my lawyer and his firm for their help and support getting me back on the right track

I was very nervous and apprehensive about filing bankruptcy. I did not know where to begin. I was also extremely concerned about my credit afterwards. Stuart answered all of my questions and went above and beyond. I am forever grateful. Also, it has been just over a year and my credit score has ...gone from the very low 500's to the mid-high 600's in a very short time. I have received 2 credit cards (which I did not have to pay a deposit on) and several offers which I declined. It truly has been a fresh start. Thank you!
