I, like many people, was ashamed that I had let my financial situation get to the point of bankruptcy. Stuart immediately put me at ease and explained the process to me. David's team is really great. Stuart Swanson was my main contact and I've never worked with someone better. He was always a call, text or email away and he always responded asap. Anna in the office was very helpful with any questions I had with paperwork and they were very quick to get me any commu...nications sent to them for me. When I had to go to court David was there and he went step by step through what was going to happen. He was very reassuring and he made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I never had a question unanswered. You can tell these guys have done this a million times and their confidence in the system and knowledge of it help get you through whatever you are going through. I really enjoyed my experience with David Cutler and his team. They keep you well informed on what is going. They are great with answering any question or concerns you have. I filed bankruptcy in 2014. Stuart was the absolute best! He was always there to answer all my questions and concerns. David was great as well. They treat you like family. I recommended them to my Uncle as well. Stuart really went above and beyond to meet with him at his house since he doesn't drive.... It will be a year in March and I am already building my credit back up. I have gotten store cards (even to the stores I filed on my bankruptcy) and a Visa. I would recommend them to anyone. They not only know their stuff but they treat you like a person and not just another case.

I filed bankruptcy back in 2010.. I was very reluctant to do so. Thinking it was a bad thing to do, and being to prideful. I had to file due to a loss of a job and over extending myself. After I filed it took just a short while for me to start getting credit cards, pre approval car loans, etc.etc. I... took out a very low car loan to get me started on rebuilding my credit. Since bankruptcy I feel that I am farther in life and I have more stability. Just under 5 years later I have already paid off my second car loan and I am less then 10 years away from paying off my home (that I bought 2 yrs after bankruptcy). My credit score is better then before bankruptcy. I am proof that bankruptcy is there to help. I would like to thank my lawyer and his firm for their help and support getting me back on the right track
