Most Reliable and Prompt Attorney

As a bail bond agency owner, I have been using Christopher Doran for years. He is extremely hard working, and treats all of his clients with the care and urgency needed with his line of work. Christopher Doran has filed numerous court motions for my company, has represented me for court appearances, ...and has won many arguments. He is a great attorney, and his success really shows it.

Josh, it is a privilege to work with you on cases and to talk with you about things unrelated to cases. You are a kind and compassionate business owner that goes above and beyond in ways that others in your field do not. I am proud to work with you, proud to help you, and proud to call you a friend.

Out son’s lawyer

Chris was an excellent lawyer. He represented our son who got himself in trouble with the law. He was facing felony charges and with Chris’s help the were dropped to the lowest possible misdemeanor. He answered all our questions promptly and professionally. We opted for the one total fee plan. I did ...not think that he or his staff would be as responsive, as if we paid by the hour. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Im pretty sure that he responded to all my call in just a few minutes, except for one time when he was in court with another client. I highly recommend Chris. I would definitely hire him again, but I am hoping that I don’t ever have too.

I am hoping you never have to hire again either, but I do hope that you will stay in touch. Communication is one of the key characteristics that people need in the legal process because often times they are facing something so unique and foreign that they have never had to deal with before. I am glad we were able to provide that for you and your son. I hope you all are doing well!

I highly recommend Chris Doran!

A Fantastic Lawyer

I was charged with a Public Urination ticket (nothing more) back in Memorial Day Weekend 2018 in Scottsdale, AZ in the Entertainment District. Venues did not allow anyone to enter to use the restroom even when trading driver's licenses because they were at overcapacity. I did my research in finding o...ut what would be the best way to handle this, and every website and local CA lawyer said it would best to try and fight it and not have it on your record. With my research, I found Chris Doran, who had great reviews, and reached out to his firm. From the get go, Chris made sure I knew what I was getting myself into and made sure that I would not be surprised by any outcome. This charge was frustrating, as I have never had a criminal charge before, and I consider myself a good citizen. I was told that this was a Class 1 Misdemeanor with up to 6 months in Jail and up to a $2500 penalty. Most of the time, no one goes to jail or pays more than a minimum charge, but each case is different. If you were publicly intoxicated and publicly urinated, then you might be going to jail. I was also told that a domestic violence charge is easier to remove off your record than it is to remove a public urination charge in Scottsdale... interesting. Anyways, I had this one charge with this major outcome, so I asked Chris what would be the best way to handle this. Chris, again, from the get go, told me that Scottsdale law and policy is so strict with this public urination charge, that unless you have some outstanding medical issue or extraordinary issue that would negate this charge, I, or anyone for that matter, could not try and reverse this. Had it been any other town in AZ, the outcome may have been easier to fight. He asked me to get as many character letters from personal and professional connections. I had 10+ character letters, and that didn't help at all because the law and policy is already set against us. So I went above and beyond and wrote a 12 page proposal to Scottsdale City Council to efforts to combat this "major issue" Officer Attarpour told me about (the officer that gave me the ticket). Chris and his team (Jessica and Lucille, extremely considerate and responsive) generously presented my proposal to Scottsdale City Council town hall meeting. Even thought some publications and council members agreed on my proposal, my case couldn't be dismissed because the law was already set. Even my prosecutor was impressed to the point that after I pled, the prosecutor and judge immediately set aside my conviction. I live in Los Angeles, CA so Chris and his team literally represented me the entire time while I was out of state. I don't know how this will affect me in background checks, but I guess I will find out. A local CA police officer said "It's a misdemeanor, not a felony, so you'll me find. Just don't get in trouble again." Chris fought for me and this case for 6 months because he believed in what I wanted to do, even while managing my expectations. Thank you Jessica, Lucille, and Chris for helping me out. You all make an exceptional team, but that being said, I hope we never have to work together again (if that makes sense)! Ha! I would always recommend this firm, though, to anyone that experiences this in AZ and needs a legal team in AZ. Chris should be on the Supreme Court.

GP, this was the most extensive urinating in public case that I have did. I cannot thank you enough for all of your hard work, dedication, and assistance. You are the definition of what it means to be an advocate for yourself and for others. If all clients took as much of an interest in their cases as you did, there would much better outcomes for all lawyers. Be proud in knowing that you had a hand in changing the way things are implemented going forward. Please take care of yourself and keep in touch!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Chris Doran represented me back in July 11th, 2018 for some criminal offenses that came to be false accusations and a great turn out for a better chance at life. First let me say that Chris is very professional at what he does for you as you individual lawyer. He provided me a portal with updates abo...ut my case, my upcoming court dates, and came to visit when he wanted to check up on me. I would ask other inmates at the time of being incarcerated how their lawyers would care for them or treat them and they did not tell me it was good most of their lawyers were late and treated them like they weren't good people based on what they have done . People make mistakes and your lawyer should bring you up not down. How Chris had set everything up for me and I assure you that Chris goes beyond fighting this crazy judicial system. Sending messages to my spouse and letting her know everything is going to be okay every court date. Chris was always on time and he fought hard in court as in letting the judge know certain things were unfair compared to other circumstances lets just say he is a outstanding lawyer! Even after the case he has still kept in contact if I have any questions about certain things about the case. I'd definitely hire again if anything had happened and would recommend him to anyone as their criminal offense attorney. The Best in Arizona, its not about how much money your going to spend its the personality and quality of the work he has done. Thank you Chris Doran for representing me.
