I live in Maryland and was being charged in Arizona on felony charges. I was never served any documents from the courts regarding this. I did however receive a letter from Mr. Micheal Denea, PLC office. I am in my late 40s and have never been in trouble with the law. It is scary, stressful and extr...emely overwhelming to be on this side of the law. However here I am. They found a program in Maryland (ASAP) that would allow me to do my jail time under home detention. Mr. Eddie and Mr. Denea got me approved and accepted to the program before sentencing, plus allowed me to continue to work (work release program). During sentencing, I cried the entire time. This was the only time I had to fly to Arizona. I honesty could not tell you what was said during sentencing process, but I can say this. Both Mr. Denea and Mr. Eddie never left my side. Mr. Eddie went with me to each department after the judge agreed to the ASAP program and helped me through that process, which was stressful but having Mr. Eddie with me and still fighting for me was a relief. I strongly suggest not to get yourself into a situation where you need an attorney but if you do, I highly recommend Mr. Michael Denea, PLC. You will not be disappointed! Mr. Denea was up front with cost and never asked for more money. I am thankful to Mr. Denea and Mr. Eddie and my words cannot express how thankful I am. This law office will fight to the end for their clients!
