I had a controlled substance offense from Canada as a Canadian citizen married to a US citizen With a US citizen child. She is simply inept. Simply put; this woman was unable to defend me in order to obtain my green card nor challange the validity of the statute pertainig thereto... She is a fraud. D...o not hire her if you have any serious or perplexing issues.. She has no ability to help ex-offenders other than to take their $3,500 USD of their hard-earned cash. I am now sitting in an Immigtation Detention Center awaiting removal and applying for a U-Visa whist complaining about this woman's Professional Misconduct as an attorney. She ought to have her license revoked by the State for playing with people's lives like this. This shall be on her conscience for eternity. Thank you Alicia :))

I am a Canadian Citizen, I have been in and out of the US for 40 years living here out of status since 1999. Married to a US Citizen. I have been trying since 2004 to attain a green card and have encountered many Hurdles. Most of the hurdles were from my lack of knowledge of the law and the advice I ...was getting from the previous lawyers I had consulted with or hired. During this last attempt I had interview 3 lawyers. The first 2 the options were the same as previous so I could expect the same outcome. My wife and I then had a meeting with Alicia. During this conference I noticed the file that she had prepared for us and sent into the USCIS for our application. In that file was a litany of previous rulings and hand written notes describing why we should be approved, I had not realized until now how much was put into our filing, I was very impressed and grateful for having Alicia represent us. Interview day, Alicia was there waiting for us, she had another client there as well and scheduled at the same time, she went in and got things arranged with Officers so that we were both properly represented by her. During our interview the beginning was a little flustering with questions, she stepped in and completely diffused the whole situation. After her intervention the tone of the interview completely switched to enjoyable and with a successful conclusion. After 30 years I now have legal permanent status in the country the I love. My wife and I can full heartedly recommend Alicia for any of your immigration needs. When I found Ms Alicia, I only had 10 days left to answer the immigration officer with documents my previous lawyer did not have on the day of my interview and because of bad representation.
