About Brent
Biography
Brent Kleinman earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Phoenix School of Law in 2010. Mr. Kleinman opened his own practice upon admission to the Arizona State Bar in 2011.
Brent has been an active member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and American Bar Association. This spring he has just been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Young Lawyers Division for the Maricopa Bar and is also the Chair of the Law Practice Management Section of the Young Lawyers Division of the ABA. Brent is licensed to practice in the state courts of Arizona and also the Arizona District of the U.S. Federal Court.
Brent moved to Phoenix in 1990 and now considers himself a “near-native”. It helps that he did marry a Phoenix native. Brent has been married since 1994 and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Kathi and their family. Together they enjoy raising their children (3 great dogs) and helping different charitable organizations in Phoenix.
Brent is also currently licensed as a Realtor with Capstone Realty Professionals, helping clients with their residential and commercial needs. Brent has a job history that spans almost all positions in the hospitality industry. He plans on using this background to assist his clients in opening and operating successful businesses within the hospitality industry.

Never responded again to emails or phone calls
I contacted Mr. Kleinman on November 18th, 2014 to help write up a simple partner buyout agreement. The terms were already agreed upon by the parties, he need only put it into a document and make it official. He said it was a simple document and the fee would be $400.
