We won. The Court of Appeals held that trial court violated our client’s due process rights by insisting that he submit documents only, and not testify in order to confront mother's evidence.
Jensen v. Blomo, 1 CA-SA 14-0129
We won and got a fee award. The Court of Appeals found that Father had notice of the UCCJEA action. The Court of Appeal also found Father's position unreasonable and awarded out client her fees.
Swain v. Hicks, 330 P.3d 966
We won. The Court of Appeals granted jurisdiction of the Special Action and found that trial court erred in considering our client's Veterans Administration disability benefits in calculating spousal maintenance award.
