Kristy was used by a family member of mine. The situation surrounding them was horrific involving her ex husband. Hired her to represent me in mediation of a child custody case. She failed to submit any time sharing agreement, parenting plan or order to the judge that had anything we agreed to in mediation. I was extremely happy with what she got me in mediation, but it doesn't matter because it was never subm...itted to the court. I have lost all legal custody rights for my child because of this. I brought it to her offices attention 5 months ago. The only thing I have heard from them is how much I still owe.

Doesn't thoroughly check documentation submitted for affadavits to ensure honesty and accuracy. Allows her office staff to submit whatever they like without reviewing it or even consulting with her clients. Bills clients months after services are terminated but doesn't give any forewarning about debt... accrued ahead of time. Got a surprise bill for an additional $3,000.
