Kristy has been amazing through our 5 years of being her clients, she has helped us through 2 custody evaluations, has always given us amazing advice, has had ours and our children best interests at heart. Two years ago, I scheduled a consultation with Kristy. I was contemplating divorce, sadly, because my husband was addicted to pornography and drugs. His personality was completely altered because of the addictions. He no longer wanted to be a support to our family financially or emotionally. My c...hildren were confronted by unwanted images when they passed by his computer, and his lack of empathy was heartbreaking. Hired her to represent me in mediation of a child custody case. She failed to submit any time sharing agreement, parenting plan or order to the judge that had anything we agreed to in mediation. I was extremely happy with what she got me in mediation, but it doesn't matter because it was never subm...itted to the court. I have lost all legal custody rights for my child because of this. I brought it to her offices attention 5 months ago. The only thing I have heard from them is how much I still owe.

Kristy did a great job on my case. In the initial consult she was already drafting documents to send to opposing counsel. She worked with speed which saved me money. She gave me confidence and worked to get me the best deal. She attended mediation and referred me to a great lawyer when my former spou...se wouldn't sign a waiver.
