Biography
Like so many families out there, my parents when through a divorce when I was a kid. I lived with my father and the divorce caused a huge financial strain on us. My dad went from supporting one household to supporting two and he just couldn't do it. This was hard on him because we were a proud family. We believed that if you incurred the debt, you paid the debt. This just wasn't possible anymore.
My father had to make the decision as to whether he would file bankruptcy or not. While I know the difficulty for him was huge, I am so glad he eventually filed. It allowed our family to get a fresh start and he was able to help put my sister, brother, and I through college.
He was a relator and no one was putting away for his retirement. His retirement consisted of buying rental homes. Since his bankruptcy, he has been able to start over completely and has now since retired owning several rental properties. I learned trough this process the mercy of the bankruptcy laws and the weight that a bankruptcy can lift from a family.
My family has been there and as a result, I want to help others find the same relief my family received.

Would never recommend this lawyer I went through them they lied to get me in, told me it would be the most 860 for payment for my chapter 13 repayment and they waited 4 months called me and said sorry it's going to be 1330 buy that time I could not catch up on all my debt so I had to file could not b...
