Competent, easy to work with, and honest. Helped me get out of a difficult situation.

I've found Dan to be extremely capable and helpful both for general legal advice and solving specific problems. When I needed a document drawn up for a settlement with a company that did a poor job of fulfilling their promises he was quick and detail oriented. I didn't even have to sit down with him ...-- a few conversations on the phone and a couple of times back and forth and we had a settlement contract drawn up which the company signed without any disagreement. Dan knew where to push and where to back off and helped me avoid literally tens of thousands of dollars of loss in the case without needing to go through any messy legal actions.
