Jacqueline Reidelberger

Jackie is a skilled trial attorney and negotiator who specializes in criminal defense. Her work ethic and genuine concern for her clients has given her a reputation for outworking and out-preparing opposing attorneys so she can negotiate from a position of strength and fight the cases that need to be fought. Because she cares about her clients, she considers each client’s specific needs and concerns in order to reach the best possible outcome in their case.

Intermountain Legal recruited Jackie because of the exceptional reputation she gained working as a trial attorney at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association (LDA). There, she represented thousands of clients at all stages of the criminal process and handled many different types of cases, from driving under the influence and drug cases to violent crimes, including assault and domestic violence matters. Because of her experience handling so many diverse cases, Jackie is able to quickly assess the strengths and weaknesses of a case and then focus specifically on the issues that will get her clients the best results in the courtroom.

Jackie also has an extensive background in immigration law. She served as an Attorney Advisor to the Salt Lake Immigration Court from 2016 to 2018, and was a Board of Immigration Appeals-Accredited Representative for a number of years at the National Immigrant Justice Center in Chicago, Illinois. Because of her expertise in immigration law, Jackie is particularly skilled in assessing the impact of criminal charges on her clients’ immigration status. She is also fluent in Spanish.

Jackie graduated from DePaul University College of Law Magna Cum Laude in 2016, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah.
