Hailing from Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, Katelynn has lived in Flagstaff, Arizona, Santa Cruz, California, and most recently Boise, Idaho. After graduating from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary and Special Education and a minor in History, Katelynn came to Boise to attend law school at Concordia University School of Law. While in law school, she served as the Student Bar Association delegate, President of the American Constitution Society, and was the 2016 student recipient of the Richard C. Fields Civility Award, which honors individuals who demonstrate a commitment to professionalism and civility in the legal profession.
Katelynn focuses her legal practice on family law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, and is currently awaiting licensure in the State of Hawaii.
Katelynn is a founding member of the Meridian Law Group, which opened its doors in July 2019. The Meridian Law Group offers legal services ranging from family law, criminal defense, bankruptcy, personal injury, wills and trust, probate, and business law within the greater Treasure Valley.
Based out of two offices, one in downtown Boise and the other in Meridian, Katelynn is able to serve clients not only in the Treasure Valley but also in all of Southwestern Idaho.
Katelynn is actively involved in the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the Young Lawyers Section of the Idaho State Bar, the Concordia Alumni Association, and Boise Young Professionals.
In her free time, Katelynn enjoys art and the outdoors.
