OUTCOME: Property separation without a trial!

A man involved in a simple divorce sought my help needing guidance on the division of property as there were no children born to the marriage. After a few meetings, some negotiations with opposing coun ... sel, and a combined effort at drafting up the documents, we were able to get the case wrapped up without him having to touch his retirement account! The parties were able to split up their assets in an equitable way to avoid drawing penalties from taking from their retirement, and everyone went home happy as possible!
