Lack of communication, lack of competence, and just took my case to make money. She counseled me to sign a divorce decree, stating it was the best option, when it was just what was easiest for her. She constantly misguided me, did not hear what I was saying, refused to call and explain things, never ...reviewed documents about my case till morning of my hearing…..the list goes on, costing me thousands of dollars. Her opening argument for my hearing was laughable, she stumbled over her words, did not even know why she was there that day! It was embarrassing and an outrage! The only time she effectively has communicated, via email because that is THE only way she communicated, was when she wants to get paid and sends out numerous emails stating the same thing and then communicating wrong. Again, resulting in lawyer fees for an incompetent lawyer that is just there for the money. Don’t hire her if you need a lawyer.

I hired Abby on a recommendation from another prominent lawyer. I was not disappointed. This was my first time in the legal system and I appreciated her willingness to help me understand everything. She really helped me out in a time where I was really scared about my safety. I don't think I could ha...ve had a better lawyer. She fought for me and really tried to keep in touch with me and keep me informed. I appreciate her gentleness and empathy. My divorce took a little longer than I would have liked but she always kept me looking forward. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She is fantastic. Thank you Abby for everything. I wouldn't be where I currently am without you.

Abby represented be in a custody dispute after I finally fired an attorney halfway through my case that was not doing anything beyond collecting a paycheck. She listened and took notes as I gave her the case background, was quick to reply, fought hard for what was right in the courtroom, billed fairl...y and honestly, and worked relentlessly with the understanding that this was more than a simple case. I cannot say enough good things about Abby and only regret that I had not found her sooner. I hope to never hire a lawyer again but if I do it will definitely be Abby.
