Child custody

What can I say at first everything went well after my consult. I hire them to take care of my case. I only saw Aaron the first day of consult after that other law interns took my case and handle my case in court I believe it was a colleague of him I dealt with them over the phone emails. My experienc...e was not that great. I needed him to do a motion on my case. I have tried to get a hold of them by mail phone. The motion paperwork got returned back to me. I have not filed my motion since then it’s been over a year now. My experience with them hasn’t been that great. I don’t know. They just went MIA haven’t heard from them. I paid my money and after I pay my fees, I never heard back from them.

Best family law attorney! Always there when needed! Thank you Aaron!

As a mother that has unfortunately had to hire family lawyers in AZ, CA, NV and now ID (yes, we move for my career) I can truly say that Aaron goes above and beyond to ensure you are part of the entire process. He doesn’t paint a false narrative for his clients and he truly cares about you, your chil...dren and your family unity. I wish I would have had representation like that of Aaron’s while fighting for custody of my children in the past. I have been over billed by greedy attorneys, lied to and NOW, after finding Aaron, I could not feel anymore confident that my children and I have the best representation to finally stop this never ending battle with my children’s father. Thank you Aaron and staff! You truly do angel work!

Deceived me a disabled man and lost my home and children

I interviewed 5 lawyers before Aaron. Aaron said he would put me down as disability (since2012)and fight for more than half of the divorce for proper medical treatments. He Lied to me. He then said he would sign up for child reunification therapy and we went in the court for that . We went into cou...rt and it was a full-blown trial and the judge kicked me out of my house in 6 weeks.... I needed a surgery that I couldn't do as he never told the judge. He turns and looks at me after in says the judge really new you are sick !He then told me the judge said that I was gonna lose my house because the kids are more important than me. I said what? (Before the trial even started) He met with the judge 10 days before the court appearance and never informed me of their talk. My ex wife moved my children into her brother's house who does drugs with his son every day.... I went homeless for 5 1/2 months as a disabled man with nowhere to live. I still haven't communicated my children for 2 years in 2 months... I've never harmed my children or hit them only enforcing normal homework rules and chores. During the trial the other lawyer attacked me in the hallway and he did nothing. I explained to him that my rental home was full of mold and needed extensive work and he said I don't have any proof of that. The basement flooded, had asbestos and lead in the paint. I also had to explain to him I had an MRI and needed a surgery and time to recover and he never mentioned one word to the judge. The paperwork my ex wife filed against me were full of lies and he would not write in the correct answers . I paid him $2000 right before the trial and he stole all the money and I had to fire him . When I hired my next attorney the paperwork stated that I was not disabled and trying to split everything in the divorce. When I hired my next attorney the paperwork stated that I was not disabled and trying to split everything in the divorce. I still haven't been able to get the medical treatment that I need . He put me Into massive credit card debt for trying to repair my house and living out of my car for 5 1/2 months in hotels and airb&b's . I don't know how your like this can lie to people so blatantly and still work in this city

Best firm in the Treasure Valley

This has got to be the best attorney around, he knows his stuff and will fight for the right things. He doesn't just tell you something to get more money. He will do what he can to do the right thing every time. He is always available to answer questions and help your prepare. His staff is amazing an...d always on top of things. If Aaron isn't available he makes sure his staff is up to date so they can help. I would hire him again in a heartbeat
