Jacob Tanner Welsh

I was referred to Jake Welsh by a family friend who works in the Idaho Court System. Jake and his team were very professional and responsive, always staying in front of the process and quick to respond to any and all of my questions and concerns! My case was a complicated child custody/support case... and Jake guided me through the process to accomplish a very good judgement. He was very knowledgeable and counseled me as to what was fair and reasonable to expect the judge to consider and rule in our favor. He was also very good at persuading the other attorney to agree to our position avoiding additional court proceedings. I found Jake to be very genuine and would not hesitate to work with him again and refer friends and family to his practice.

Jacob was a Great Attorney. This Law Office is Amazing and would highly recommend them. Any questions I had , Laura or Jacob was right there to answer them. This guy is a liar and is willing to compromise his moral compass for his client. If you don’t care about integrity, hire this clown. It is likely the only thing he cares about is money earned for telling lies. I really hope this guy doesn’t go to church as he would probably catch on fire when he ...walked in the door.

I hired Jacob February 2023 mid month after divorce petitions were found in my mail slot after coincidently after speaking with his paralegal in office. I had a very long and heart to heart conversation with Jacob prior in a free consultation over an hour. That’s what I will always remember!!!!! Then... as the months rolled bye. Reality reared its ugly head things just kind of got blah. I believe in attorney who can dish it out, but cannot take it is raw and a little wet behind the ears. I believe I have push the envelope with my attorney with my divorce case with my life that’s just me I don’t take no for an answer overall a very, talented attorney-at-law truly a gem in Gem County!!! When it comes to costs to a penny pincher like me ouch!!! But when it came to knowing that there wasn’t going to be surprise cost later on, or after the fact that was reassuring.
