Let me start by saying that no matter the outcome, divorce sucks!! But having a compassionate legal team who truly cares about you and your case and you can count on every step of the way is paramount when trying to ease the overall pain. Noffsinger Law is just that team!! From day one I felt as ...if they were with me every step of the way. Unless i had a specific question of my own, never did i feel like i had to call for an update (i can be kind of a pain so this was important). I received calls/emails whenever there was any update that needed to be addressed or they just thought i needed to be aware of. I could always call, email, or even stop by the office and never felt like i was being an imposition. Dan, Jana, Kristin and the entire office staff were always professional and ready to do whatever it took to accommodate me. Lastly, and this was the second most important thing to me, was the billing process. Everyone has heard horror stories about shady lawyers running up bills by nickel and diming you to death for anything they could. This was NOT the case with Noffsinger Law. Every month i received an accurate statement of all charges. And if i had any questions or something seemed off, i was able to call and quickly receive an explanation. Never did i feel like i was being misled or over billed for anything. Hell, there were even discounts that Dan extended at certain times. This was amazing and once again made the process that much smoother.
