I would like to start off by saying that Mr. Noffsinger is an extremely professional and highly skilled attorney who I obtained for my child custody matter. I actually came across Mr. Noffsinger by way of a recommendation from another attorney in town who wasn't handling family law at the time. I'm s...o glad that other attorney pointed me in Mr. Noffsinger's direction; he has been the best attorney I've ever come across, by far! I had another family law attorney ( I won't mention names due to maintaining professionalism ) with supposed years of experience, who worked on this very same custodial case prior to Mr. Dan, however, the other attorney's competence with the courts and its laws along with his client/attorney relationship interaction succumbs to that of the experience I had working with Mr. Dan! He actually listens to his clients! Imagine that! Then, there's his court room appearance and stature. Very professional, again, and aggressive when he needs to be. Exactly what I needed during my court case! He is honest, which is rare these days and definitely knows how to keep in touch with his clients, which is a huge plus.
