Biography
James Townsend is an experienced attorney with an emphasis in Family Law. James started his law career working as an intern in general practice firm in Colorado Springs. There he honed his research skills in discrete areas of law including family law. He later worked as an attorney in the Colorado State Office of the Public Defender. There he gained extensive trial experience while managing an enormous case load.
James speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently and has continually dedicated himself to service in the Latino and Hispanic communities. While in college at Brigham Young University, he spent a semester as a volunteer teaching free English classes in Monterrey, Mexico. During Law School at the University of Idaho, he founded the Spanish Speaking Law Students, a student organization dedicated to better preparing young attorneys to serve Spanish-speaking clients. He also served in the Immigration Clinic at the University of Idaho, providing free legal services to members of the community.

I do not recommend this attorney
This attorney cares more about money then what is best for his clients. I gave this attorney a $3000 retainer, I fired him and never seen a penny back. I'm still not divorced either. I do NOT recommend this attorney.
