Dan was my attorney through a very stressful custody case. The entire time Dan represented me, his team and himself did a wonderful job of helping me. what can I say??!! Dan was the BEST decision I made to handle my divorce! I found him right here, reading these reviews, and now I'm proud to add my review to them!!! From the initial consultation, I found Dan to be intelligent, direct, and to the point, which I appreciated. Once I made the decision to hire Noffsinger Law, everything went along like a well oiled machine. From emails, to communications, to meetings, I always felt I was abreast of my divorce proceedings. Jana, Dan's senior paralegal, played an intricate part in my divorce as well, from phone calls, to meetings, to documents and communication. She has amazing patience and a way to calm any nerves. Out of country, and needed a good lawyer to help with a bogus and frivolous restraining order, from ridiculous family members, who are in Colorado. Yes! this was an out of country case that called for a lawyer in Colorado. Spoke with several other lawyers, before going with the best, Mr. Noffsinger! ... Mr. Noffsinger, returned my call, spoke with me in detail about how we would approach this case, I gathered all my evidence, and necessary documents, forwarded to Dan and his team. They were very proactive in dealing with my case, made sure we had all i's and t's dotted and crossed. (having all your documents/evidence in order, will work to your advantage, so have everything in order). On the day of the hearing, I flew in to Colorado, to show up for this court case, and all I remember hearing was objection, objection from the other lawyer, Mr. Noffsinger, stepped up addressed the court, and from there out all I heard was overruled, overruled, overruled, overruled! Flew back to my country, Mr. Noffsinger, appeared on my behalf for the courts decision, The Court ruled in our favor! Dismissed with prejudice! Thank you, Mr. Noffsinger.
