You Won't Find A Better Family Law Attorney

After losing almost 5k with another attorney who showed up completely unprepared for the first mediation meeting, I found Steven due to his kind, public work which he does through various organizations. I hired him instantly because his competence and acuity was so immediately obvious. He spent hours... poring over the smoke screen of documents the opposing party presented, His knowledge of judicial process and how it can best be implemented under different scenarios is unparalleled. He bills very fairly; I received tremendous expertise in the courtroom and in mediation from this very sharp and well-spoken advocate.

If you want your lawyer to have your back, he’s the one for you.

After consulting with several other lawyers previously and having received incorrect information on my case, I ran into Steven who gave me accurate direction and ended up retaining him. I am so GLAD I did! The term shark is cliche, but he is that and more - smart, quick witted, informed, confident, s...trategic, and thoughtful. He always had my best interest at the forefront, and even more so, the best interests of my kids. The case dealt with not only a complicated business arrangement but also substance abuse and adoption, and I felt confident in Steven’s knowledge and strategy throughout the entire process. He even took over where another attorney had dropped the ball and fixed those left-over problems. There were times that it definitely was exhausting and I wanted to give up, but Steven didn’t let me and in the end, the result of my divorce case came out very much in my favor. Although there was a bit of compromise, I felt like I got a very happy end result. Divorce sucks no matter which way you look at it, but having a truly great and tenacious lawyer like Steven behind me made a huge difference. Also, Steven’s team at Broxterman Alicks McFarlane are out of this world as well. Everyone helped in some way with my case and I was also especially impressed with his friendly, kind and helpful paralegal Kelsey - who received more than one stressed out phone call from me and really helped me to take a breath and badass attorney Kyle - who put a lot of work in as well! If you’re deciding - this is definitely the firm for you.
