I was close to a lawyers nightmare when I finally found Steven. Unfortunately, it was after 7 previous attorneys left me with zero trust in family law attorneys and nearly bankrupt. My unfortunate case that appeared before my eyes in a matter of seconds from my sons father to restrict all my parenting time ripped my son from my life for 12 days. Completely distraught, angry, confused and left empty of 'what to do' with the bull face, manipulated and utterly exaggerated lies the ...father had said, I was in contact with Mr. Visioli and within 12 hours I had a consultation. I right away felt at ease with him and he gave me honesty, empathy, and most important a game plan to not only show that the father was indeed lying but to show that this motion wasn't at all a reflection of me as a Mother and wasn't deserved and should be lifted. Mr. Visioli during litigation, at the trial, to the father was to the point, stern and was very organized with our "evidence" creating it very easy for all parties to navigate thru his talking points. In the end the Magistrate did lift the Motion to Restrict Parenting time and I was awarded to receive my son immediately after the hearing!! It was the longest and hardest moments of my life since I was blessed with my son in my arms 7 years ago but with the professionalism, dedication, hardworking and determination of Mr. Visioli I now have my son back in my arms and even though my son has complained (lol) I wont ever let him go. I would recommend Mr. Visioli to anyone and hopefully wont have to but when those moments come into your life when the parents cant agree any longer then his counsel is very recommended.
