I was in a position I never thought I’d find myself in- drowning in debt and considering filing bankruptcy. I googled lawyers in my area and Brian Landy’s practice caught my eye because of the many excellent reviews. I was apprehensive, but our first conversation put me at ease and I went ahead and h...ired him. I’m so grateful I did! I felt secure throughout the entire process knowing I had an outstanding lawyer on my side - someone who was not only professional and proficient at his job, but who genuinely cared. I felt relieved when it was over and so amazed at how smoothly it all went, thanks to Brian’s outstanding work ethic, thoroughness, and supportive communication and guidance along the way. You cannot go wrong hiring him as your attorney. Highly, highly recommend! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Brian recently prepared the usual set of estate documents (wills, POA, etc). It was a pretty straightforward situation but Brian picked up on a couple of details that needed to be handled that I wouldn't have thought of. He was patient, friendly, conscientious and quite reasonable. I would use him ag...ain for any future needs in this line.

After starting with another attorney and having a horrible experience with them I hired Brian and he was my savior! I came to him upset and extremely frustrated by my previous experiecnce and he took care of me quickly, made the experience extremely easy, comfortable and eased all my concerns as well... as stayed in constant communication! I couldn't be happier with his services!!!!

We really enjoyed working with Brian on our estate planning documents. He explained everything and then patiently answered our many questions about the various documents and our options. He was flexible on meeting times, including in the evenings, which was very helpful for our family. It just took 2... in person meetings, some emails back and forth, and about 2 weeks total to get everything signed and in place! His rates were also the most reasonable I found after several phone calls to other attorneys. We've already recommended his services to family members!

I have to admit I was skeptical reviewing a lawyer that had this many positive reviews, but my wife and I chose to work with Brian for our Estate Planning documents. Brian was extremely patient with us through the entire process, and any time I had a question for Brian, he was absolutely thorough in... his responses. Since I'm a very detail-oriented person, this was very helpful to me to understand everything I was signing. By the end of our planning documents, we understood everything in our package and feel confident that our estate will be taken care of to our wishes. Brian strikes me as a genuinely nice guy that wants to help others. He's an asset to the profession and we will definitely contact Brian again when we have estate planning needs, again.
