It was great working with Brian, he knew the right questions to ask and what solutions are available. Also looked at the bigger picture to give me more to think about. I have been putting off getting my affairs in order, but it kept nagging at me and I finally did it and I'm SO glad I did! And I would tell anyone to just do it. Brian is so nice and so helpful and made it all so EASY. And to top it off, he works hard to make things as affordable as possible. I k...new I'd needed to get this done so I'd signed up with my employer's legal benefit, MetLife (which I would also totally recommend after this experience). I had my initial consultation, wanting to put together a trust, will, and powers of attorney. I paid him the fee, which was surprisingly lower than I anticipated for all, and got a call from him about a week later saying he'd not realized I had the MetLife coverage (which, in his defense, I'm not sure that I mentioned it--or certainly hadn't during the consultation, likely only when I called initially) and he said he was refunding the fee I'd paid except the....wait for it....$23 filing fee. That's IT! That's all I had to pay to get the peace of mind I'd been avoiding getting for X# of years. So, that said, it was the MetLife program that made it that cheap; but his fees were already very fair (NOT Cherry Creek or downtown prices!) AND he made the effort to 'correct' a mistake that basically I had made by not mentioning it. A REALLY good guy--

My elderly mother needed to update her power of attorney. As she is in a nursing home, not mobile, and 1,200 miles from me, I was concerned about accomplishing this. I saw online that Brian offered mobile services, and I reached out to him. He was very supportive and quickly scheduled a visit for t...he following week. He took the time to confirm mom’s needs and produced the document on site. We really appreciated how easy and efficient Brian completed this for us – big task accomplished. Brian’s charge was very reasonable, and we’d use his services again without question.

I searched for an attorney for close to a month. After numerous consultations, one of which I left a deposit for, I came across Brian's practice and never looked back. It was ah hard and humbling process for me an Brian made me feel more than comfortable. His demeanor was head and shoulders above ev...eryone else I met with. He was thorough, explained every process in detail, and was patient with me and my situation. My case has now been settled and I could've only done that with his help. He made a bad situation have a happy ending. I'd suggest him to anyone in search of an attorney. 10/10.
