Brian was extremely helpful when my mother passed away, helping us through the process when we had questions or concerns. My elderly mother needed to update her power of attorney. As she is in a nursing home, not mobile, and 1,200 miles from me, I was concerned about accomplishing this. I saw online that Brian offered mobile services, and I reached out to him. He was very supportive and quickly scheduled a visit for t...he following week. He took the time to confirm mom’s needs and produced the document on site. We really appreciated how easy and efficient Brian completed this for us – big task accomplished. Brian’s charge was very reasonable, and we’d use his services again without question.

I contacted Brian as a result of a recommendation from a friend. Initial contact was via telephone and was most helpful. I arranged a formal meeting within a week. We met and discussed my needs relating to deeds and powers of attorney. Brian prepared all the documents within days and we arranged a...nother meeting for me to sign the papers; I had to reschedule this meeting based on health concerns for a week later. I have since signed all the documents and Brian has recorded them and provided me copies. The process only took a few weeks which I feel was mist timely. Brian explained issues to me that I had no knowledge of and I believe my affairs are now in proper order, and my mind is at ease. He was very responsive to my phone calls, emails and texts. Brian recently prepared the usual set of estate documents (wills, POA, etc). It was a pretty straightforward situation but Brian picked up on a couple of details that needed to be handled that I wouldn't have thought of.
