Brian is an excellent attorney that helped me get through my bankruptcy relatively quickly and without any trouble. From the very beginning of the process, Brian was upfront and organized when communicating with me the tasks that I needed to complete in order to file for bankruptcy. Because the proce...ss is complex, I had quite a few questions for Brian during the process. He was helpful and patient during all of my questions and I believe that he honestly cared about what I was going through during the difficult process of preparing for a bankruptcy. As the time neared to get all the paperwork and court dates in order, Brian was continually on top of the process, making sure that I got all my paperwork in on time and in the correct method. The court date in front of the Trustee went off without a hitch even though one of my debtors showed up to the hearing. While I already knew that I had hired a great lawyer at this point, Brian handled my nervousness extremely well.
