I have been putting off getting my affairs in order, but it kept nagging at me and I finally did it and I'm SO glad I did! And I would tell anyone to just do it. Brian is so nice and so helpful and made it all so EASY. And to top it off, he works hard to make things as affordable as possible. I k...new I'd needed to get this done so I'd signed up with my employer's legal benefit, MetLife (which I would also totally recommend after this experience). I had my initial consultation, wanting to put together a trust, will, and powers of attorney. I paid him the fee, which was surprisingly lower than I anticipated for all, and got a call from him about a week later saying he'd not realized I had the MetLife coverage (which, in his defense, I'm not sure that I mentioned it--or certainly hadn't during the consultation, likely only when I called initially) and he said he was refunding the fee I'd paid except the....wait for it....$23 filing fee. That's IT! That's all I had to pay to get the peace of mind I'd been avoiding getting for X# of years. So, that said, it was the MetLife program that made it that cheap; but his fees were already very fair (NOT Cherry Creek or downtown prices!) AND he made the effort to 'correct' a mistake that basically I had made by not mentioning it. A REALLY good guy--

Brian just helped me out with a legal matter that required a lot of listening, as it was a fairly complicated matter, and Brian easily synthesized the information and gave me a path forward, during my consultation, that I believe will help me limit my liability and stop the nonsense. He was honest ...with me, and told me the hard facts, and in doing so, it turns out, I may not even need to hire an attorney, but if the matter progresses (it's at an early stage) and if I do need someone to handle this, if it goes to court, I will not hesitate to reach out to Brian.

I have to admit I was skeptical reviewing a lawyer that had this many positive reviews, but my wife and I chose to work with Brian for our Estate Planning documents. Brian was extremely patient with us through the entire process, and any time I had a question for Brian, he was absolutely thorough in... his responses. Since I'm a very detail-oriented person, this was very helpful to me to understand everything I was signing. By the end of our planning documents, we understood everything in our package and feel confident that our estate will be taken care of to our wishes. Brian strikes me as a genuinely nice guy that wants to help others. He's an asset to the profession and we will definitely contact Brian again when we have estate planning needs, again.
