With their council we were able to determine the best course of action for our situation. During the proces...s they showed great patience with the many many questions we had. Because of that approach we are confident we made the correct choice for us. The entire office was willing to extend hours for us in order to accommodate our work schedules and availability. My husband and I recently filed with Mike and Gigi from Wink and Wink. From the very beginning they were informative, helpful, honest and direct. Always quick to respond with and answer to emails or phone calls. They were found to be reassuring and thorough. Their office staff as well is more that... fantasic. We appreciate the help they gave us to get a new start.

Michael was impressive in the beginning but that was all. I discovered he was making me do a lot of the work myself yet charging me a very exuberant fee. He would email me to tell me he would be calling on a certain day and time and never follow through. I would call him the next day and there was al...ways some lame excuse as to why he missed calling me AND he would charge me for MY call. Obviously MY time is not valuable but his is. Both he and his paralegal would screw up documents and I would point out the errors and AGAIN I was charged for the screw up time, my calling to point it out, and the time to it took them to fix it. In the end, Michael ended up charging me close to $10, 000 in attorney fees and my Chapter 13 monthly payments are actually higher than what I was paying out to creditors before the filing. I don't dare call him or email him any more for fear he will tack on more money to the bottom $ figure of my bankruptcy. So any thing that comes up, I once again have to handle on my own.

I would highly recommend Mike Wink to anyone who is considering a bankruptcy. He took us through a difficult process making it much easier than what we expected. He always answered all of our questions and gave us complete knowledge of the steps and the process. He accommodated our schedule for... meetings. He is very knowledgeable and we felt gave 100% to our case. We had complete confidence in him.

Michael and Gailyn were wonderful! Took a lot of the stress off our shoulders and provided us with excellent advice. So glad we found them to help us with our financial situation and ultimately to help us decide on which chapter for bankruptcy was the best fit for us.
